We are a New Zealand Business operating from Greymouth on the west Coast of the South Island.
All sales are in New Zealand dollars. Payments for goods can be made by Credit card/ Master card, debit plus card, PayPal or by direct debit payment into our New Zealand bank account. Bank account details will be supplied when you place your order.
Goods purchased will be processed within & upto 48 hours or receiving payment. Goods will then be shipped to supplied address. A physical address must be supplied as we cannot deliver goods to PO Box’s.
An email address is required from the purchaser, as all orders will be tracked & traced. This information will be supplied to the purchaser via email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery time frames are as follows: Two day service within the South Island. Three day service to the North Island.
A standard rate of $8.00 Applies to all deliveries within New Zealand. Pickups are permitted at no extra cost and at a time convenient to both parties.
Rural address will incur an additional freight charge of $4.75, delivery to rural address can take two working days on top of the regular delivery time.
Goods will not be shipped on public or local holidays.
All prices include GST.
Goods may be returned at your cost. Goods must be in an unused state and in saleable condition. You must provide proof or purchase, the goods must be returned within 14 days from the purchase date. A full refund will be given or a credit applied to your account.
Here at Cost Cake Supplies, we aim to supply you with quality goods, however if you receive damaged goods or items you are not 100% happy with will replace these at no extra cost to you. In the case of the purchased item no longer being available a full refund will be given or a credit applied to your account.
